The Challenge
Real estate marketing often suffers from fragmentation. A company might have a decent logo, but their property photography and physical collateral feel completely disconnected. When I started Bahia Creative Studio, the challenge was building a brand where the aesthetic identity and the final production output were perfectly aligned from day one.
The Solution
I built a complete, end-to-end brand system. I started by designing a dark, tactile brand identity that reflected the architectural modernism of the Mexican Pacific coast. I then translated that visual language across physical field gear, digital editorial layouts, and social campaigns. Finally, I executed the core service: high-end drone and interior photography. By owning both the brand system and the camera work, I created a cohesive visual narrative that elevates the perceived value of every property.

The Architecture of the Mark
Designing a brand identity that feels both luxurious and enduring required more than intuitive sketching—it required geometric precision. This grid reveals the underlying structure of the logo mark, showing exactly how precise horizontal lines flow logically into the final 'B'. From this foundational structure, the identity retains its handcrafted elegance across any application—from a clean black-and-white lockup to a dramatic overlay on aerial production shots.

Rooted in the Environment
A premium real estate brand can't rely on generic corporate colors. It has to feel like the properties it represents. This palette is grounded in the organic textures and architectural materials common to the Mexican Pacific coast. The rich greens of Agave and the deep wood tones of Nuez provide a sophisticated, earthy foundation. I built this system with precise CMYK and RGB values so the visual warmth of the coast translates perfectly whether printed on heavy business cards or displayed on digital tablets.

A premium listing demands more than generic MLS photos—it requires building desire. These social media concepts showcase the ability to capture the emotional essence of the Bahia region and weave it into an effective digital marketing narrative.
